Hall verification email is marked as spam/unverified by Microsoft Exchange

At a glance

The community member experienced an issue with their verification email being marked as "unverified" by Microsoft 365/Exchange server when trying to sign up. They suspected this might be due to DMARC not being configured. In the comments, another community member responded that they looked into it and found that their DMARC records were set up with email signing enabled, but they had recently changed the MAIL FROM, causing a misalignment. They stated that the issue should be fixed now, and asked the original poster to let them know if they still have any deliverability issues with Microsoft Exchange.

When I tried signing up to this community I thought the login code failed to send but it turned out that the verification email was in my junk mail and is marked as "unverified" by Microsoft 365/exchange server. I suspect this might be due to DMARC not being configured?

Hi Anthony, thanks for raising this! We looked into it and our DMARC records are set up with email signing enabled, but we recently changed the MAIL FROM so it was misaligned, but it should be fixed now. We didn't run into this issue with Google so please let us know if you still have any issues with deliverability to Microsoft Exchange.
