I saw the new(?) "most ideas" section and hovered myself, but it said I was offline and last seen hours ago, but since I'm on the page and just did a refresh, I know I'm online. Maybe there should be a special case for the current viewer to always show them as Online. I assume it's showing as "offline" because of lag in the real time syncing?

After a while it updated to show me as online.
Hey Brad, we're moving the members online status in the profile hover page to match the presence dropdown so it should be consistent — the old presence was V1 where we were grabbing the latest activity from the members events table so there was some lag (and also didn't keep online with idle activity).
I guess that will fix this issue too(?), where in one list someone can appear as online, but when hovering them they appear offline:
