Tooltip on "Most helpful" icons

At a glance

A community member was exploring the community and saw the "Most helpful" area, but was unsure what the check icon meant. They hovered over the icon but there was no tooltip text to explain its meaning. The community member found this to be a minor inconvenience and suggested that having tooltip text on these icons would have been helpful.

I was exploring the community and saw the Most helpful area but wasn't really sure what the check icon meant, so I hovered the icon looking for a longer description to explain what it meant but there wasn't one. It's a paper cut, but having tooltip text on these would have been helpful.
