[nit] Member hover cards don't hide if you highlight text

I noticed a little bug where if you select text in the hover card, it doesn't dismiss when you mouse off. That's probably not bad but then when you hover another user it can overlaps (sometimes behind, sometimes above). Here's a screen recording:
